Collateral Content and Design

“Turing works to disrupt the status quo, training great people to become great developers.” — Jeff Casimir, Executive Director

Turing regularly hosts Try Coding events and needed a leave-behind for interested prospects. Cause took the shell of a brochure and designed a piece that does a better job at connecting to a prospective student and creating buy-in.

We shifted the voice to be less formal, reorganized the content to flow better, and led with the differential to highlight upfront the unique vibe and welcoming community Turing comprises. Bright colors add pop while imagery reflective of their diverse student base is utilized throughout.

Open doors with Turing+

Turing+ (pronounced TuringPlus) is a fellowship program launched by Turing to meet the needs of the current economic climate. It’s a win-win partnership opportunity in which recent grads get placed on short-term projects and employers get vetted, diverse talent for said projects. Cause developed content and design for this one-pager highlighting the program benefits.

The positioning makes an altruistic plea to building diversity and the focus is on the possible—how fast and easy Turing+ works—instead of on the pain of the typical hiring process. We planted key messaging elements that will reverberate in forthcoming digital creative.
